Principal Letter 2014-2015
Dear TMA Parents,
It has been an outstanding summer at The Master’s Academy as we prepare for the 2014-2015 school year. We look forward to partnering with each of you this coming year. One of the major changes you will notice is our new parking lot and resulting car line improvements. The details of this exciting project will be available during orientation.
In addition to our campus improvements, every year the administration chooses a new theme for the entire school. This year, our theme is “A Different Pursuit” based on Hebrews 12:1-2. In the race of faith, if we are not looking to Jesus we are running aimlessly. So, this coming year we will focus on looking to Jesus to see how the gospel transforms our identity. We will look to Jesus to see how the gospel transforms the way we grow and the way we love. We'll ask the question, "How does the gospel meet us where the rubber meets the road - in the everydayness of life?" This theme will be explored in chapel and throughout our curriculum. In an effort to focus our attention on the theme, we are designating Wednesday as theme shirt day. Every student in the school is encouraged to wear the theme shirt with uniform shorts/pants on Wednesday.
We are excited to announce that we will be producing one yearbook this year, unifying all students from K4 to grade 12. This combined yearbook will be a celebration of the entire school year and will allow everyone to see all of the wonderful accomplishments of our students. Look for information on how to order in the coming days.
Each year, we are blessed to welcome new faculty members. We also have some that have changed or added roles. Please join us in welcoming our new and reassigned faculty. Click here to see a full list of the additions and changes to the 2014-2015 faculty.
