Arlene Outerbridge graduated from the University of Central Florida with her degree in Business Management. She is currently in her 5th year at the Master's Academy. Her education spans the biochemistry field as well as work experience in marketing communications. However her passion is preparing students for their part in the Lord's kingdom and knows that TMA is the perfect location to do that. She loves to cook Asian and Caribbean foods, read historical novels, travel, and is passionate about healthy and nutritious living. Orlando has been home for her, her husband and their two children for many years.

Taina Glemser graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her areas of studies included Literature, Health and Languages with two minors in American Sign Language and Psychology. She is beginning her 2nd year with TMA. She enjoys photography, biking, and kayaking. She is very involved in her church where she serves as a Sunday school teacher for the children’s ministry, youth leader, Women of Faith member, and sound/media technician.

Joshua Rawlins has been a part of the TMA family since 3rd grade. He has been a TMA employee however since February 2006 as the Guidance assistant and registrar. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in December 2009 with a B.S. in Molecular Microbiology. Joshua enjoys reading, sports, fishing, and technology. A couple of his favorite books are Knowing God by J.I. Packer, and Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis.
